Navid Navab is an art-scientist, composer and 2025 Golden Nica laureate at Prix Ars Electronica and recipient of the Lumen Prize 2025, whose practice dissolves the boundary between scientific inquiry and sensory attunement. In this keynote, they invite us into a world of alchemical investigation: one where biological philosophy meets tabletop astrophysics and where the tools of measurement are reopened to the body, to intuition, and to the unquantifiable movement of life.

How does matter develop inner time and a sense of intentionality? How may we attune to this generative movement and embrace it as a collaborator? An instigation deeply in tune with Symbiotic Frequencies, Navab’s talk asks us to reconsider what it means to be in relation with technology, with living systems, and with the world in constant and unmeasurable flux.
