Benoît Palop is a Tokyo-based freelance producer, writer, researcher, and curator with fifteen years of experience exploring networked and decentralized culture and digital art. He holds an MA in Digital Media Research from Sorbonne University in Paris, a foundation that anchors his practice at the intersection of new media art and emerging internet paradigms.

Over the course of his career, Palop has collaborated with a wide range of cultural and media organizations, including WIRED Japan, VICE, i-D, TITLES, Lens Protocol, SuperRare, Kaiber, M+ Museum, gallery.so, and the Society for Arts and Technology. For the past six years, he has served as content strategist for MUTEK.JP, shaping the festival's editorial voice and curatorial presence in Japan.

Since 2023, he has been developing LAN Party, a curatorial and research project exploring internet subcultures, gaming theories, and technostalgia.
