Catherine Lejeune is an artist-researcher and PhD candidate in Communication at UQAM. Their work, supported by institutions such as the Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Québec, has been presented in venues including La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse, Dare-Dare, Articule, GlogauAir Berlin, and Istanbul University. Through a multidisciplinary practice spanning performance, photography, video, and installation, Lejeune explores the intersections of art and technology. Their current research focuses on human–machine relationships, particularly the possibility of cultivating a posthuman friendship with a sex robot.
