Mira Silvers is a multi award-winning live music executive, agent, and CEO of FORT Agency— a boutique talent agency specializing in global touring, festival bookings, and brand partnerships for boundary-pushing, multi hyphenate artists across different genres and continents. As a trusted voice and thought leader, she has taken the stage at events like SXSW London, ILMC (UK), Women in Music, A2IM Indie Week, and more. In 2024, she received the Women in Music “Excellence in Live Music” Award, was named to shesaid.so’s Alternative Power 100, and earned a Polaris Music Prize win with a former client.

Her career includes working with culture-shaping talent such as multi-Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar, Oscar nominee Chadwick Boseman, and Latin Grammy nominee Luedji Luna. At FORT, Silvers leads a bold, international roster including anaiis, Melvitto, Actress, Concrete Waves by Actress x Suzanne Ciani, Cleo Reed, Cakes da Killa, Annahstasia (whose debut album TETHER was named one of Pitchfork’s Best Albums of 2025 so far and starred opposite to Kendrick Lamar for the luther music video with SZA), G L O W Z I, Jamilah Barry, Qazi & Qazi, Nia Archives (3× BRIT-nominee), KAMAUU, April + VISTA, AMAKA, Cosha, and Lady Donli (an executive producer on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack). Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of Music Managers Forum Canada (MMFC), recently announcing MMFC’s partnership with Billboard Canada to spotlight Canadian music managers.

Beyond talent representation, Silvers is the co-founder of FEMINAE NOX, an equity-focused initiative creating space for racialized women & gender diverse individuals to build sustainable careers in live music, both on stage and behind the scenes. Mira’s leadership at FEMINAE NOX helped build strategic programming with partners like SXSW London, MUTEK Festival, Women in Music, SiriusXM, and others. As a sought-after mentor and ecosystem builder, Sivers’ mentees have gone on to roles at Apple Music, TikTok, Stingray, and CCA, and earned accolades such as Women in Music Rising Leader Award, IQ Magazine’s New Bosses, the Arthur Award for Young Executive of the Year and credits delivering #1 Billboard Hot 100 hits for artists like Benson Boone, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Burna Boy, Kehlani, Cher, etc.
