Student Forum Passport

The MUTEK Forum Passport provides access to all regular paying programs of the Forum, from Wednesday, August 26 to Friday, August 28, 2026:

  • Access to all conferences, lounge and networking cocktail
  • Access to all workshops ー subject to capacity (first come, first served)
  • Access to the Forum's (virtual) marketplace, with the ability to connect online with the entire professional community (speakers, artists, presenters, buyers, etc.), and organize in-person meetings directly through the platform

Forum Passport

The MUTEK Forum Passport provides access to all regular paying programs of the Forum, from Wednesday, August 26 to Friday, August 28, 2026:

  • Access to all conferences, lounge and networking cocktail

Passport Combo Festival + Forum

The MUTEK Festival + Forum Passport provides access to all regular paying programs of the Festival and Forum, from Tuesday, August 25 to Sunday, August 30, 2026, as well as Piknic Électronik MTL on Sunday, August 30. 

Forum activities are included:

  • Access to all conferences, lounge and networking cocktail
  • Access to all workshops ー subject to capacity (first come, first served)
  • Access to the Forum's (virtual) marketplace, with the ability to connect online with the entire professional community (speakers, artists, presenters, buyers, etc.), and organize in-person meetings directly through the platform
  • 15% discount for students and groups of 4 people or more.

The MUTEK Forum Day Pass provides access to one full day of Forum programming on the selected date.

Included with your pass:

  • Access to all talks, networking spaces, and professional cocktail events scheduled on the selected day at the Atrium and Studio-Théâtre des Grands Ballets, as well as at Édifice Wilder – Espace danse.
  • Access to all workshops taking place on the selected day, subject to venue capacity (first come, first served).
  • Access to the MUTEK Forum virtual marketplace, including the opportunity to connect online with speakers, artists, presenters, buyers, and other industry professionals.

STUDENTS: A special rate is available on Forum Passports ($90) and Day Passes ($35) by selecting the "STUDENT/ÉTUDIANT·E" category at the time of purchase. A valid student card will be required when picking up your access bracelet.

Wednesday, August 26 | Day 1: Storytelling

Presented by the Canada Media Fund (CMF)

A day dedicated to immersive storytelling, Indigenous media practices, expanded narratives, and the relationships between embodiment, technology, and communities.

Featuring Loretta Sarah Todd, Navid Navab, Zach Blas, Caroline Monnet, New Models, Lou Fauroux, and Tracy Rector.

Thursday, August 27 | Day 2: Technology

An exploration of digital infrastructures, artificial intelligence, biosignals, generative systems, and new forms of collaboration between humans and machines.

Featuring Katie Hofstadter & Memo Akten, Jackson 2bears, Claire L. Evans, Elsewhere in India, Mika Oki, Moment Factory, and several leading voices from the immersive technology sector.

Friday, August 28 | Day 3: Sound

A day focused on contemporary sound cultures, immersive audio technologies, sound system practices, and the relationship between listening, ecology, and space.

Featuring Kara-Lis Coverdale, France Jobin, Evicshen, Afrosonic Innovation Lab, Salima Punjani, and Mindy Seu.

Prices in Canadian dollars. Taxes and service fees not included.

The number of seats of the events can be limited for passport holders and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
