The masterclass will focus on copyright in today's digital economy, ranging from rights ownership and licensing in the digital arts and music, to the legal mechanics involved in creating, producing, disseminating and distributing art and music in today's economy. Ellbogen will look at what it means to create and disseminate art and music from a legal standpoint in today's world of generative AI technologies. This masterclass is aimed at artists, curators, and industry professionals who are keen to learn more about protecting and enforcing their rights in a creative context.
