Adriano Martella is a creative leader with two decades of international experience spanning ceremonies, mega-events, and brand experiences. Known for his ability to work at the scale of global culture, he brings together storytelling, immersive design, and live event innovation to create moments that resonate beyond the stage.

He currently serves as Creative Director of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Closing and Paralympic Opening Ceremonies, one of the most ambitious live productions on the international calendar. As Head of Creative at Filmmaster, he has driven a portfolio of award-winning projects including UEFA EURO, the UEFA Champions League, EXPO Milano, and a wide range of major cultural events across Europe and beyond.

Martella played a key role in establishing Filmmaster MEA in Dubai, expanding the studio’s reach into the Middle East and delivering landmark productions in the region, including the inauguration of KAUST in Saudi Arabia. In 2021, he was recognized as Creative Director of the Year at the BEA Italia awards, a distinction that reflects both the ambition and craft he brings to every project he leads.
