Grace Xu is an architecture and experiential design leader whose work sits at the intersection of sound, culture, technology, and the built environment. Over the past decade, she has led projects spanning architecture, brand strategy, and immersive experience design across technology, entertainment, and retail. Her career includes work at Henning Larsen Architects on international cultural projects and at PepsiCo's Design + Innovation Center, where she led large-scale experiential activations exploring the relationship between storytelling, environment, and human engagement.
Most recently, Xu led the design and development of Amazon Music's global network of artist and creator studios across Los Angeles, Berlin, Tokyo, Brooklyn, Seattle, and Mexico City, integrating acoustics, brand identity, and local cultural context into creative spaces for artists.
Currently as Architecture Engagement Global Lead at L-Acoustics, she partners with architects, designers, and cultural institutions to champion sound as a fundamental dimension of experience, helping shape spaces that are not only visually compelling, but also acoustically meaningful and socially connected.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from McGill University and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
