Honeydrip has been a notable name in the Montréal underground electronic scene for almost a decade. Having built her reputation in the burgeoning rave scene, she is now a revered bass music producer, DJ, and sound system builder. Her practice is heavily inspired by dub, reggae, and dancehall, which she hybridizes and explores to create futuristic bass music. She has presented at the Global Reggae Studies conference in Kingston, Jamaica and has performed around Canada, Europe and the UK. Honeydrip continues to affiliate herself with some of the most avant-garde labels in electronic music and deepen her connection to sound system culture through live dubbing, operating the Imposta Sound System, and collaborating with bass artists globally.
