Mikellena Nettos is a passionate environmental advocate with a Master's in Sustainability Science and Society and a background in Medical Sciences. She has researched Environmental Racism in Southern Ontario, utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to map disparities affecting marginalized communities. As the Community Engagement Manager at Climate Reality Canada, Nettos leads nationwide climate education and advocacy initiatives. Committed to fostering a sustainable future, she blends her health, sustainability, and community engagement expertise to drive meaningful change. Nettos is also a trained global facilitator with ChangemakerXchange. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Montréal's parks and summer festivals.
