Sura Hanna is an IT Support Professional with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and seven years of experience working in the field. While pursuing a Master's of Applied Science with the CERC, she’s still the first point of contact for IT issues and projects within the Next-Generation Cities Institute as well as for the CERC team, helping both in-person and remote teams with everything from setting up workstations to managing IT inventories and streamlining support procedures. With a focus on clear communication and practical solutions, Hanna does her best to make IT work as it should.
