Milo Reinhardt^CA/QC

Milo Reinhardt is a Montréal based multidisciplinary artist performing under the alias /||\||\ and as a member of the artist collective susy.technology. His work responds to interrelationships between emergent technologies and the evolution of self, exploring contemporary existential questions through experimental sound composition and immersive design.
Since the debut /||\||\ performance Dimension of Hell at the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, MUTEK 2015, he has performed at RBMA (2017), Sight + Sound Festival (2019), and presented work with susy.technology, most notably at Forum des images (Paris, 2023), MUTEK Tokyo (2021), MUTEK Montréal (2019, 2021), Printemps numérique (Brussels, 2021), International Symposium of Electronic Arts (Montreal, 2020), Sonar Barcelona (2019), MUTEK San Francisco (2019), and at Elektra (2019). Reinhardt is an alumni of RBMA - Montréal Bass Camp (2014), and has completed artist residencies as part of susy.technology at Château Éphémère - fabrique sonore et numérique (2019) and Society for Arts and Technology (2017, 2019-2020).

In parallel to his career as an artist, he is a co-founder and director of World Creation Studio, a non-profit artist-run organisation offering studio space, residencies and workshops to emerging artists. Reinhardt studied at Concordia University, and holds a BFA in Painting and Drawing and a graduate certificate in Digital Technologies in Design Art Practice.
