Her work at Emmy-award-winning studio Secret Location brought large-scale, interactive digital exhibitions to audiences around the globe, establishing her as a well-respected leader and peer within the digital creative industry.
She has collaborated with leading cultural institutions and industry organizations, including The Bentway, XN Québec, and Interactive Ontario, delivering strategic, production, and programming expertise across a range of high-profile initiatives.
Costa has since joined the Toronto International Film Festival as Producer, Innovation for TIFF: The Market, where she leads the planning and production of motivation-focused programming. In this role, she brings both creative vision and strategic clarity to the task of shaping a dynamic slate of programmes for the inaugural Market, a platform she is helping define from the ground up.
