This year’s edition of the Forum offers a variety of engaging workshops and masterclasses. From deploying ephemeral immersive spaces to building multi-modal AI agents, these activities offer a variety of knowledge and practical skills related to extended reality, gaming, digital marketing, copyright in the digital world and more.

Participants will be able reserve a spot for these limited capacity activities in advance through the official MUTEK Forum App, starting August 9th at 12:00PM ET. Additional spots will also be available 15 minutes before the start of each activity on a first-come first serve basis.

4 days, 35 activities, 70 speakers

Each day of the Forum showcases and investigates innovation belonging to a specific track of digital creativity, ranging from digital creation and curation to artificial intelligence (AI), extended reality (XR), and electronic music. These explorations will flow towards a new horizon of digital creation while simultaneously navigating the backdraught of tensions that come with innovation, from the heedless rise of technological development to issues of inaccessibility. Throughout the week, various workshops will be held in parallel with the main activities that will explore the future of festivals, branding 101 for artists and the implications of AI in regards to intellectual property.
