Since graduating from Collège Lionel-Groulx with a degree in theatre, Ariane Bélanger has spent more than 20 years in a variety of management positions within Quebec's arts community. From project manager at Just for Laughs to general coordinator of the Arts Camp offered by the Festival Vue sur la relève, from cultural and heritage development officer for a municipality to producer at Travelling Théâtre, her rich and varied career naturally led her to the position of General Manager of Le Grand Costumier in 2021.
Her mission is to act as a sentinel, ensuring the healthy organization of cultural businesses. As a trailblazer, Bélanger offers her teams a more human approach to business management. With a master's degree in Cultural Enterprise Management from HEC Montréal, she is continuing to integrate the principles of creativity into the business world.
