Caeleigh Lightning is a mixed Nehiyaw/Irish 2 Spirit artist completing her Master’s of Design at Concordia. Their thesis work explores video games' role in Indigenous joy and play. They are also a Research Assistant at Aboriginal Territories in Cyberspace, delivering workshops about digital tools to Indigenous youth. They are lead artist and illustrator at Studio Ekosi, creating narrative games about Indigenous futures with her sister Keara.
