Heleen Rouw is Programme Director of CIIIC (Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition), a strategic leader with a broad background spanning film, entertainment, cultural institutions, and digital innovation. She previously served as Director of Cinekid, the international children's film and media festival, and as a member of the management team at Amsterdam Royal Zoo, where she focused on strategy, audience engagement, and financing.
Drawing on her experience across the film industry and innovation-driven environments, Rouw brings together storytelling, technology, and long-term strategic thinking to drive meaningful change within the creative sector. At CIIIC, she connects creators, researchers, and public and private organizations to collaborate on immersive experience projects generating societal impact across healthcare, urban development, culture, and education.
