Ludovica Michelin serves as the strategic director of MUTEK ES Festival as well as a cultural project manager and strategic consultant. In her role at MUTEK ES, she enhances institutional relationships, develops the professional program and fosters collaborations that shape the festival’s strategic vision at an international level.
As a consultant, Michelin mentors cultural and artistic institutions through Flumi.net, a platform she founded to facilitate collaborative and sustainable project development. She focuses on helping these organizations secure funding and effectively design, define, and implement international projects and strategies.
Before her current roles, Michelin coordinated EU projects at the intersection of art, science, technology, and sound at Hangar.org. Her background also includes working in international cooperation and in academic institutions.
