Pauline BourdonFR/UK
Pauline Bourdon is the Founder and Director of Soliphilia, a sustainability consultancy working at the intersection of live music, climate justice, and social transformation. She brings a rare combination of logistical expertise and deep commitment to building a fairer, greener, and more equitable music industry.
Her career began in artist logistics and accreditation management, where she supported major festivals including Glastonbury (Silver Hayes), Boomtown Fair, FORWARDS Festival, Love Saves The Day, and Simple Things Festival. In 2021, she founded Sophilia, a consultancy that merges her passion for artist development with her vision for systemic change in the music industry. The business is built around three convictions: creativity, nature and solidarity. Bourdon works with clients to reframe touring and live events as opportunities to imagine new ways of being in community, test pioneering technology, and create moments of collective joy, advocacy, and connection.
Beyond her consultancy, Bourdon is a committed educator and advocate for collaborative learning as a driver of systemic change. She lectures on climate and social justice in the music industry at BIMM Bristol and London, and regularly guest lectures across the UK. In 2025, she was selected as one of the 100 most influential and engaged industry professionals in the UK by AAA.
