Louis BarbierCA/QC
Louis Barbier is a Montréal-based artist and developer currently completing a BFA in Computation Arts at Concordia University. His interdisciplinary practice explores generative systems, machine vision, and interactive environments, drawing on a background in software engineering and experience in web development, machine learning, and mixed reality. His work questions semantic drift, algorithmic autonomy, and the ways in which technologies interpret, alter, and reconfigure our sensory environment. Through interactive installations, audiovisual systems, and digital experimentation, Barbier aims to reveal the points of friction between human perception and machinic logic.
