What does the future of music creation look like when developers, artists, researchers, and sound obsessives have 48 hours to build it?

For the past 15 years, Music Hackspace has built a global community of like-minded artists, developers, and creative coders, from enthusiastic learners all the way up to industry experts. On August 22 and 23, Music Hackspace touches down in Montréal for a two-day hackathon to prototype new tools for music creation, performance, and listening with challenges set by musician and YouTuber Andrew Huang and industry partners including MuseHub and Audiotool, with more to be announced.

This session presents the results, with winning teams sharing their prototypes before a live audience. Winners will be announced closer to the Forum date.
